We offer a one day self defense hand gun class for those that need a bit of training but havn't got the time to invest in a week or two at a professional training center.

The class may be taken with any type firearm but we would ask that it be one that is tested and proven, be of good quality, reliable and also that the user is familiar with. Nothing is more harmful to a great class than having a handgun that will not perform properly and is constantly being worked on.

A great benefit may be had by those with a carry license in that we like to train with your daily carry rig which would include holster, gun belt and any extras you might use such as extra speed loaders or magazines . A covering garment that you would wear in daily activity should be present. While it is not mandatory that you have any of these items in order to take the class, if you are carrying on a daily basis it is good to work with them.

There is a limit of students at 6 per class. You will need a min of 250 rds of ammunition and 300 to 350 is better. Most of the time, students wish they had brought more ammo. Length of class is normally 8 to 9 hrs and may run slightly shorter if there are fewer than 6 enrolled that day. If you have a group larger than 6 and wish to take the class, special rates are offered and arrangements can be made.
